Nourish Your Mind and Body with Expert Healing
Claire has immersed herself in dance and holistic healing throughout her life, finding these modalities to be a deeply therapeutic way to express and process emotion.
Her journey began with training at the prestigious Rambert Ballet School, followed by studying Anusara yoga under Bridget Woods-Kramer throughout the early 2000s. During her early twenties, she earned qualifications in holistic therapies and later added Pilates to her repertoire.
More recently, she has incorporated trauma-informed and interoceptive-centred practices into her work. She qualified as one of the first level 7 (masters) qualified somatic trauma informed coaches in the world. And has recently gained her Somatic Healing certification accredited with IYAT.
Claire has achieved remarkable milestones in her career. She holds accreditations with the Chartered Management Institute, the International Coaching Federation, Yoga Alliance, and the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Her extensive training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and an understanding of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Additionally, she has expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), as well as certifications in menopause and ADHD coaching, and forest bathing practices. “I’ve simplified my offering, bringing a single approach with all the modalities I’ve trained in, tailoring it to the needs of each individual client. My practice is centred on nervous system regulation, listening to the cues of the body, and making a deep connection to Self to enable healing and growth on a profound level.
I have a devotion to work with women who are ready to become their own self-advocate and best friend. As a hybrid professional I’m able to blend my skills as a choreographer, coach, creator and loving caring human, to be values and Self led.”

My Approach
I work with women primarily because I want to help us all have a better life. For ourselves, our children, our families. We need collective healing. And I can help you find that through my unique approach of blending somatic trauma informed coaching and a deep understanding of the nervous system, neuroception, and interoception.
Feel better
Find out why your body is tired all the time. Why you feel out of sorts, can’t shake off that anxiety, feel stuck in a cycle of depression.
I’ll help you connect with your Self through feeling safe in your body.
Let’s transform your relationship with YOU.
Live better
When you feel better inside, you can live your life to the fullest - how it’s right for you.
And that is the important bit. My approach is person-led, trauma-centred, and supports holistic recovery and healing.
This is about prioritising YOU.

About my logo
I am very lucky and incredibly grateful for the artistic input from a wonderful designer who has worked with me on a couple of projects. His name is Deji Ajetomobi, a multi-talented multidisciplinary designer from London. He’s worked for a number of unique brands, and curates The Torsche, a platform that spotlights exceptional African creative projects and talents.
I gave him the most useless brief for this project. ‘I like the colour scheme’ was about all I had to say. But he transformed my ethos from my website and instagram feed, got into the heart of my business and came up with my beautiful butterfly. Little did he know that butterflies represent the ultimate in transformation to me.
Here’s Deji’s interpretation of my humble little business in the corner of Cambridgeshire.
“Butterflies, the way they move, how they beautify anywhere they gather. It’s peace and beauty wrapped in one. I wanted to portray this in the logo by making use of a butterfly with a feminine spherical figure as the body of the butterfly. The colours bring warmth and embodies the idea of calmness.”
