I take a body centred approach to coaching and therapy can help you get better at feeling. At noticing when you're having these thoughts, providing you with practical tools and resources to help you at a deep, nervous system, body wisdom level.
I take a somatic approach to traditional counselling and therapeutic modalities, working holistically with the mind-body.
Treating the whole person, not just your labels or concerns, I help you heal through a deep connection with the wisdom of your body. I’m trained in a range of therapeutic approaches that I blend into my therapeutic coaching sessions including somatic trauma informed coaching and self-leadership, IFS, ACT, and EFT, trauma-centred yoga, and the nervous system.
